REFERENCES

All lettings are subject to satisfactory references being received and approved by the landlord. These references are usually obtained from a prospective tenant’s bank, employer or accountant, and present landlord or other personal reference. If a tenant is not in full-time employment a guarantor will be required. This person must be home owner in England or Wales

HOLDING DEPOSIT

To secure a property, a holding fee of one weeks rent is required. This will be deducted from the full deposit of the property upon occupation. If a holding fee is placed and the prospective tenants withdraws from the transaction prior to taking occupation. The holding fee is NON REFUNDABLE.

DEPOSIT

Five weeks rent will be required as the full deposit, which will be insured and registered with the tenancy deposit scheme.

TENANTS’ OBLIGATIONS

The following costs will be your responsibility during the tenancy:-

  1. Gas , electricity, water rates and Council Tax.
  2. TV Licence
  3. Any other charges and responsibilities specified in the Tenancy Agreement
